How are UTM coordinates converted?
The repository contains the Hamlet Evaluation System (HES) Gazetteer files. But I can't see from the source code in the Git repository how USID codes are translated to geographic coordinates. This logic seems to be in the ArcGIS files that are in the Google Drive.
