Contents of the NIPS files

HES.HAMLA.67.NIPS

Data are reported monthly by each hamlet and village in South Vietnam. The data consist of then-current and historical data reflecting population and location information, and responses to questions about the security, political, and socio-economic status of the hamlet or village. The records are arranged geographically by hamlet and village, then chronologically. There is one record for each month for a hamlet or village.
